“As part of the SUTD Global Distinguished Scholarship, I went for a funded overseas programme at UC Berkeley, taking a variety of intriguing courses like European History and Psychology.

The overseas exposure, along with SUTD’s Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences classes, train me to think critically and empathise with others.

Harnessing technology and design, I was able to develop human-centred solutions for real world challenges right from my first year – from an indoor farming system to an interactive game to reduce elderly isolation.”
